Sensodyne

Sensodyne toothpaste is specifically formulated to relieve the pain of sensitive teeth. When enamel wears away or gums recede, the dentin underneath becomes exposed. This can lead to pain when eating hot or cold foods. Sensodyne works either by soothing the nerves inside the tooth (Potassium Nitrate) or by creating a mineral barrier over exposed dentin (Novamin/Stannous Fluoride). Regular use twice daily provides lasting protection and also prevents cavities with Fluoride.
